The last dance for the 2012-13 season will be held on Saturday April 20, 2013
NEW GUIDELINES AND DROP OFF PROCEDURES FOR YOUTH DANCES 2012-13
A permission slip and signed consent form (see links below) are required for the dances. (Please note that having these forms does not guarantee entry into the dance).
The dances are for students in grades 6-8 and are held from 7:00pm to 10:00pm
in the St. Mary's Social Hall, 7200 Lancaster Ave., Hockessin, DE 19707.
The cost is $10 CASH and all dances support St. Mary's Youth Sports Programs.
Please note there is a new drop off pattern. Drop off procedure begins at 6:45pm.
DO NOT drop children off and leave or you will be called to come pick them up.
Cars should alternate as they enter the parking lot and, following the direction of parking lot volunteers, proceed down the hill to the lower lot, and remain in the car
until children are permitted to exit the vehicle by a dance chaperone.
The permission slip, consent form and $10 will be collected at the door.
When the dance is over, you and your child/ren should have a designated meeting place
in the upper lot.
