SMYLE Highlights from 2014-17: The SMYLE (St. Mary's Youth League Events) ministry, was established by Fr. Chris Coffiey in April 2014 to engage our teens grades 8 through 12. Adult volunteer Kim Gennusa led the group. Events have included: Corpus Christi participation and post-procession pizza and Mass / fun at Carousel Park, leaf raking service, hayride/bonfire, Christams caroling at a senior citizen home, a retreat, serving at a Mardi Gras/ Valentine's dance, serving at the Lenten Fish Fries, the children's Walk to Easter, and a special Tenebrae service for the parish. A number of SMYLE teens also attended Camp Veritas in Emmitsburg MD 2015-2017.
