Summer Camp 2011

Welcome to the St. Mary's Summer Camp 2011 web page.

Update: July 5, 2011 Camp dates are July 11 - 15. Fun begins at 900am and ends at Noon. Campers - pickup your family camp bag after mass the weekend of July 9/10 in the St. Patrick's Room, which is located under the front entrance of the church. Take the steps in the vestibule downstairs. The room is right at the bottom of the staircase. Family Registration Form In addition to the above registration forms, the forms below will also have to be printed, filled out, and attached to the registration. All youth attending camp need to have the following Event Specific Consent and Release Form filled out to attend camp: Form B: Event Specific Consent and Release for Children All adults who will be present at camp for any duration must have the fill out and turn in the forms below. The Parish will pay the $30 background check fee unless you wish to do so yourself. Background Screen Volunteer Covenant
