7/11/09 Update Camp is this week - July 13-17 Hello Church Campers and Volunteers! Greetings from Crocodile Dock- "Where fearless kids shine God's light"! This year's team is really looking forward to meeting all the campers and having a "rockin" great time the week of July 13-17th. The family bags are ready for pick up with your camp T-shirts, music cd's, and important information. Please go to the EEP library in the lower level to pick yours up after masses July 11-12! In the bags, you may also have an envelope of forms that are still due. Please fill them out and bring them with you to camp check-in on Monday, July 13th Thank you for your support! Camp Forms and Information The information and forms files are in .pdf format - Adobe Reader is required to view these files NOTE: Camp registration is now closed. Forms have been left here for reference. For general information, please read the following: General Information Please print, fill in, and turn in the following registration forms. Family Registration Form Volunteer Registration Form In addition to the above registration forms, the forms below will also have to be printed, filled out, and attached to the registration. All youth attending camp need to have the following Event Specific Consent and Release Form filled out to attend camp: Form B: Event Specific Consent and Release All adults who will be present at camp for any duration must have the following Adult Event Specific Consent and Release Form filled out to attend camp: Adult Form B: Event Specific Consent and Release
